VEG BOX MCR have been supplying the people of the city and its suburbs with weekly fresh fruit and vegetables throughout 2020 and this December they’ve launched a special box to help with the making of your Christmas Dinner.
Like a lot of great ideas, VEG BOX MCR is a project that started during lockdown, something to help people have access to quality fruit and vegetables without needing to head down to a supermarket, queue up for ages and then get COVID from a fella in the cheese aisle.
Even better, alongside the fruit and vegetables are a host of recipe ideas, to encourage and inspire people to cook new dishes and try new produce.
With what is probably the most important meal of the year (maybe even more so this year!), when it comes to the Christmas Dinner – preparation is key. So they’ve created a special Christmas Box (£25) that’s full of everything you’re going to need, plus a couple of recipe ideas too!
