The World’s First WOK-FRIED Pizza by Chopstix

A great little restaurant slap-bang in the middle of China Town, Happy Seasons is up there with the best, and is a great option for delivery this Chinese New Year. They’ve got a special this weekend – Lobster – which you can get whole or with noodles – coated in ginger or chilli. Make sure you get a Crispy Duck too.

Blue Eyed Panda
If you live in or near Ancoats, then there’s no better place to order your Chinese grub from this weekend than the impeccable Blue Eyed Panda. Everything you’d ever expect to see on a menu is here and it’s all done exceptionally well. I’ve got a particular soft spot for their Monkfish with ginger and spring onions – make sure you get that at the very least.

Much like their ‘big sister’ up the road, Little Yang Sing is the perfect place for the quintessential Chinese experience. Always the highest quality and a huge menu, it’s all about their Dim Sum and Starters if you ask me. Steamed dumplings, Chicken Wings, BBQ Ribs, Crispy Duck – it’s all amazing.

Glamorous Chinese Restaurant
There’s an actual restaurant above Wing Yip on Oldham Road and they decided to call it ‘Glamorous’. You can’t pop up there at the moment (obviously), so there’s no way that you can see how glamorous it is – but you CAN get a takeaway from here and I can assure you it’ll be very good indeed.
