Watched that? Okay – looks bloody good doesn’t it!? Well, news has reached our ears that The Old School BBQ Bus is BACK – offering up collection every Friday and Saturday throughout lockdown.
Pitmaster Mark will be firing up his massive 5ft smoker in the early hours of Friday morning – cooking up an enticing selection of brisket, rib, wings, pulled pork, sausages and anything else you can think of.
Pride and place on the collection menu is the phenomenal PITMASTER SPECIAL (£40) which comes loaded with 8hr smoked BBQ Pulled pork, 12hr smoked Beef Brisket, 1/2 rack BBQ belly ribs, smoked sausage, grilled wings, Bacon BBQ pit beans, homemade purple slaw, fries, donut onion rings and salad.
Of course, there’s also a top selection of burgers, nachos, pizzas and sides. Oh, and a bunch of cocktails to enjoy back at home.
One of the best things about this place is that it’s probably the only bar in Manchester where you can buy Palmetto American Moonshine, a liquor that’ll blow your head off – sitting pretty at about 60% proof!
