The annual top 50 hospitality ‘power list’ has been unveiled at the Northern Bar and Restaurant show, with some local legends joining the ranks.
Cocktail maestros the Schofield Brothers, the sibling duo behind Schofield’s Bar, Sterling and Atomeca, have been inducted into the top 50, alongside Salford brewery Seven Bro7hers.
They join other new entries the Gilpin Hotel and Lake House in the Lake District, House of Tides/Solstice by Kenny Atkinson, the Rockingham Group, Kelham Island Brewery & Leah’s Yard and The Star at Harome/Star Inn The City.
The list is compiled every year by Kuits, the specialist legal and commercial adviser to the leisure and hospitality industry.
Also featuring on the list from Manchester are the likes of Higher Ground, Mission Mars, Tokyo Industries, San Carlo Group, Elite Bistros, NQ64, A Very Inc, Bunbobust, Common, Madre, Mowgli Street Food, Revolution Bars, The Alchemist, Archies and The Liars Club Group.

The Northern Restaurant and Bar show at Manchester Central began today with talks from Sacha Lord and UK Hospitality CEO Kate Nicholls. Meanwhile, the likes of Hrishikesh Desai, Stosie Madi, Danielle Heron were among those appearing at the Chef Live stage.
It continues tomorrow with appearances for the likes of Simon Rogan, Tom Barnes, Hawksmoor founder Will Beckett, Mary-Ellen McTague and Adam Reid.
