We’ve got our fair share of fancy spaces in Manchester, but it seems the appetite for private spots is growing, as a brand-new members club prepares to open in the city centre.
Set to open its doors for the first time on Saturday 5 October, those wanting to join the elite Queen St Members Club will need to pass a formal interview to be granted membership.
It will also be one of the few venues open until 6am on weekends.
The space is no stranger to showbiz types though, having been home to the legendary Press Club for over a century. After closing in 2016, it prepares to open its doors once again to famous faces and those seeking a more luxurious night out.
The venue will take inspiration from renowned London venue BEAT, featuring sleek interiors, a bespoke lighting system and the latest Funktion One sound system. The venue will also offer a private club, which members can hire for fully-customisable parties.
Marc Merran, owner of Queen St Members Club, BEAT London and Inca said: “We are thrilled to bring this brand new members’ club concept to Manchester.
“A first of its kind, Queen St is set to become the city’s premier destination for those craving an elevated nightlife experience that mirrors the London members’ club market.”
Those interested in applying for membership can do so via the website and successful applicants will be selected after a formal interview process.
