They have now finally been granted their planning permissions for their Ramsbottom site, which means that they can pursue the refurbishment.
They asked for special recognition to out to their landlords Christian Pepper and Michael Coatman, as well as the Ramsbottom community for being so patient with the developments of the opening.
Unfortunately, due to an unavoidable delay, the building will not be ready until late 2018. They will spend the majority of December putting the finishing touches to the restaurant and training staff, so everything to be perfect for the grand opening.
Sadly, this means that Tre Ciccio Ramsbottom will not be open in time for Christmas. Disappointing as the delay is, their owners Francesco Scafuri, Alan Ritchie and James Gingell do anticipate an opening of mid-January 2019 which we can all get excited about.
As if Ramsbottom wasn’t enough news for you, Tre Ciccio is now also coming to Bramhall with an opening date of late October.
Following their much-loved interior fit-out of the successful Tre Ciccio Altrincham restaurant, specialist contractor Daniel James Interiors have been awarded the contract to complete the transformation from Mercato Italiano into Tre Ciccio Bramhall, to bring this new slice of southern Italy to the village and surrounding community.
They’re looking forward to welcoming all previous Mercato customers through their doors, and hope to continue to look after all who visit with their authentic and delicious Neapolitan inspired fare and warm Italian hospitality.
As if that wasn’t enough, watch this space as they also endeavour to agree terms for a Knutsford site – it’s going to be an exciting 2019!
