After dropping a teaser video of the track Bugzy promised his Instagram followers that he’d release the full video after 5k comments were reached. Within only a few hours the post garnered over 10,000 and here we have it…
Bugzy has never lacked confidence when it comes to being honest about his struggles, feelings, and success. Much like the first M.E.N video which got over 26 million views on YouTube M.E.N II explores his suffering of writer’s block, betrayal by friends and his partnership with JD Sports which saw his clothing range fly off the shelves.
The self-proclaimed ‘King of the North’ shows us just how far he’s come from living in a 1 bedroom flat giving out mixtapes on the streets of the 0161, to having a ‘grand piano in-front of the Mona.’ Bugzy’s gratitude to those close to him is clear on this track and you can see he feels privileged to be able to look after those who have stuck by him through harder times.
Hard work clearly pays off and hopefully this is a sign of more to come…
