The Hard Rock Cafe is back open again and they’re saying a big ‘thank you’ to the city’s frontline health workers with a FREE Legendary Steak Burger. All you’ve got to do is go on in with some valid identification and you’ll get a FREE burger. Nice that innit!?

The All Star Bottomless Terrace Brunch

Bottomless Brunch is back and it’s back with a bang over at All Star Lanes. They can’t open their bowling alleys yet so instead they’ll be serving up a range of brunch dishes alongside 2 hours of unlimited Prosecco, mimosa and craft beer. You know the score – you turn up, pick a dish and then get hammered (safely) on some fizz. Tickets are £39 and they even have a KARAOKE one where you can belt out some tunes (badly) with your mates.
GRUB Food Fair Reopening Weekend

The ever-excellent GRUB is back again after a long COVID-19 hiatus and we’re pretty excited about it all. They’re still up at the Red Bank Project over in the Green Quarter and they’ll still be offering up a selection of the city’s best street food vendors and all the booze you could ever desire. They’ll also be re-introducing their vegan-only Plant Powered Sundays on erm… Sunday.
We Are The 70% Trans Rights Protest
Saturday 11th July
Sparkle – the National Transgender Charity – have organised this socially distanced protest on Saturday in response to the government’s reform of the Gender Recognition Act – legislation that will roll back the hard-won rights of trans and non-binary people and enact measures which will impact people’s daily lives, and the lives of everyone who is gender non-conforming. Head on over to the Central Library from 1pm (take some water and face coverings/masks).
Matt and Phreds Live Stream with Rum Kleven

If you’re a fan of electronica then you’re in luck – because the city’s iconic Matt & Phreds will be live streaming a gig with Rum Kleven – who’ll be bringing you an intimate set with songs from their Oniria EP – plus some exclusive new tracks too.
