Northcote in the Ribble Valley is a Michelin starred restaurant helmed by the wonderfully talented Head Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen.
They’ve now launched a new and delicious gourmet meal kit so you can enjoy Lisa’s adventurous and quite frankly, amazing dishes from the comfort of your own home.
With nation-wide delivery and collection from the restaurant, the Autumn Gourmet Box offers you four courses for £90.
The box also comes with Northcote famous Lancashire Cheese Loaf bread and six hand-crafted chocolates to share.
The Gourmet Box for two has simple instructions making it even easier to get restaurant – and Michelin starred – standard of food in your own kitchen.
The menu features, Bread and Butter as an appetizer followed by North Sea Cod served with curry, pomegranate, almond and coriander.
The next course, Caramelised Celeriac Consomme, is a beautiful homage to the season featuring tiny ravioli, celeriac pearls and tarragon.
Orchard Apple ‘Cheesecake’
The main course isa stunning Venison Wellington, while for dessert you’ll be treated to an Orchard Apple ‘Cheesecake’ served with salted caramel sauce. Then, to really tidy you over, six hand-crafted chocolates in three classic after-dinner flavours (After Eight, Smoked Toffee and Ferrero Rocher).
The box comes with easy-to-follow instructions that detail each step you should take for the four-course spectacle.
If you don’t fancy the seasonal box, you can instead opt for the Classic Gourmet Box which features Beef Wellington.
Delivery of the box is available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and you need to order a minimum of ten days in advance.
