Starting at 11:30am tomorrow morning is a HIIT class at Moda Living and everyone is invited because we’re broadcasting it LIVE on our Facebook account!
With an instructor taking centre stage in the Angel Gardens Courtyard, the Hero workout is coming to the apartments above and right to your home on our live stream.
Moda Living wants to spread some positivity and get people pumped for the weekend with a 30 minute HIIT workout.
I’ve done a HIIT workout at Hero gym in Moda and trust me you will be awake after it. You’ll also be sweating, gasping for water but most of all you’ll feel dead proud of yourself.
From the bottom of the courtyard where the trainer will be, to all the balconies across the building with residents joining in, this extra special HIIT will involve dancing and singing to keep spirits high whilst loads of others do it with you.
It’s set to be the biggest workout EVER done in Manchester so make sure you don’t miss out on the action from the comfort of your living room.
