Gary Neville and members of veteran Manchester band James are among those backing a huge fund-raising concert in the new year, with a host of big names coming together to help those facing food poverty.
Organised by James guitarist Saul Davies and his partner Vanda Guerreiro, the Music Feeds Live concert will see musicians come together for a series of performances in aid of food bank charity The Trussell Trust.
Acts including The Slow Readers Club, The Farm, Chicane, British poet laureate Simon Armitage, Liam Frost and Rosellas have all been announced, as well as headliners Tim, Jim and Saul from Manchester favourites James.
The evening will be hosted by former footballers and music fans Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher, alongside BBC 6 Music presenter Chris Hawkins.
Music Feeds Live has been organised by Saul and Vanda, who set up organisation Everybody Belongs Here during the pandemic in 2021.
Their first music event was the online Music Feeds Festival which saw artists including Liam Gallagher, Sam Smith and Beverley Knight all perform to raise money for food banks.
The special concert will take place at the O2 Apollo in Manchester on Tuesday 27 February 2024. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 15 December here.
