SOBE Cafe has officially opened their doors in the heart of Hale serving up ice cream, milkshakes and crepes for takeaway.
SOBE specialises in sweet and savoury crepes, an expanding range of ice creams flavours plus freshly made milkshakes.
Plain ice cream isn’t enough or SOBE as they are big on toppings, letting you have your ice cream exactly how you want it.
There’s a whole range of flavours including buttery rich classics like Vanilla and Strawberry plus speciality ice creams like Lemon Curd and Salted Caramel.
Ice cream is available per scoop in a cone or waffle. Or you can opt for the new ice pan which means you can mix in as many flavours and toppings as you want!
You can also build your own crepes with an assortment of classic and premium toppings to make the ultimate stack of pancakes.
And finally, wash it all down with award-winning ice-cream based milkshakes made in an American-style blender.
