The bar is courtesy of everybody’s favourite wellness destination, Foodwell, who wanted to create a late night experience for their customers.
Foodwell burst on the scene at the beginning of this year and quickly became a top spot for some seriously good but healthy grub.
The beautiful 130-cover restaurant, yoga studio and heated terrace has transformed in part to become a new late-night concept. Building on the success of Foodwell, Firefly offers guests a taste of the night where they can let their hair down.
The new eatery will focus on music with a raised DJ booth and see the introduction of bottle and table service to the venue.
The drinks menu is set to mirror this source of inspiration, featuring cocktails such as ‘City of Angels’ and ‘Cali Cali’; Kombucha-infused drinks; a West Coast wine cellar; and an extensive tequila selection.
The new bar is Cali-inspired with a late-night locally sourced dining menu made up of Californian tapas. The small plates from around the world will pay homage to the state’s richly diverse culture, offering a slice of LA in Manchester.
The venue will roll out Firefly from 12th October every night from 6pm.
