‘Tipsy Tapas’ is the newest addition to the Black Leaf’s Dine and Wine exclusive tasting menus. It will be available during the lull between Christmas and New Year’s Eve when, let’s face it, everyone is just sat around eating and drinking anyway!
Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th December will see Black Leaf prepare 5 courses for 2 people to share and a bottle of house wine for £30 per person. If this sounds right up your street and the perfect post Christmas, pre New Year dining experience, the get yourself booked right in below.
If you’ve had enough of the booze, though, after drinking 36 bottles of Buck’s Fizz on Christmas Day, or just prefer to spend life sober, but still want to try the new tapas options, you can book in just to dine and buy the dishes individually, hence why Black Leaf are running it over 3 days.
One of the dishes on offer will be their imaginative Vegan Calamari, something that Head Chef, Grace Stubbs has spent hours trying to perfect and that we can’t wait to try!
There hasn’t been much else leaked from the plant-based line up yet, but as the restaurant is at the heart of the city’s vegan community, I’m sure you can expect other unique, stand-out dishes that you won’t find anywhere else.
On the 30th and 31st of December, the menu will return to the current winter menu, and as the restaurant already has a huge emphasis on sustainability, Grace and the team at Black Leaf will use this opportunity to run down what stock the restaurant has left before closing on New Year’s Day.
During January, or ‘Veganuary’ if you’ll be ditching meat for a month, the restaurant will also be offering 50% off food for the whole of the month, as well as the first two weeks in February. Follow the link below to book in!
