Ciaooo, the popular pizzeria that currently sits on Swan Street, is set to open a brand-new venue serving its famously fluffy pizzas that take inspiration from the traditional Naples style.
The venue will take over one of the ground floor units within the recently constructed Sky Gardens development. Bringing everything it’s known and loved for, diners can expect a menu full of Neapolitan pizzas, alongside a dedicated Buratta list and classic Italian desserts.
If you’ve never been to Ciaooo, the venue has a regular rotating menu of inventive and impressive weekly specials, enough for you to have a truly outstanding pizza experience in the city. They also serve excellent choices for veggie, vegan and those in need of gluten free options.
The interior serves as a traditional Italian hangout with a strict focus on GOOD pizza. Its extremely low maintenance ambience makes it a laid back space to grab some top quality Italian grub – and its menu is not one to disappoint.
Some of our favourite dishes served at Ciaooo include the Contadina – Neapolitan-style dough topped with San Marzano DOP tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, red onions, courgettes, extra virgin olive oil and provola cheese and the 4 Formaggi with san marzano dop tomato, di latte mozzarella, provola, gorgonzola, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil and smoked burrata. DELICIOUS.
There’s no confirmed opening date for the restaurant just yet, but word on the street is that it’s set to welcome diners around November / December time.
