Juniper, the high-end eatery already making waves in the food scene of the suburbs, is set to open a brand-new restaurant on St Ann’s Street in the heart of the city centre.
Positioning itself just off Deansgate, the restaurant will bring everything Juniper is renowned for, including an artisan, internationally inspired menu, a diverse list of drinks and attentive service.
Its breakfast and brunch offerings lead the way as Juniper’s extensive menu features hearty classics like the Full English, which comes with Cumberland sausages, grilled back bacon, tomato, portobello mushrooms, baked beans, sautéed potatoes, two eggs and toast.
This can be enjoyed alongside Masala Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Salmon and Caviar on toasted sourdough and Grilled Steak and Eggs, as well as additional items for those with a much sweeter tooth.
Juniper prides itself on its distinctive dishes, and the Golden Pear Brioche is one of the must tries – it comes with saffron poached pear, toasted brioche, chantilly cream, crushed macaroon, pistachios and an edible gold leaf.
Switching over to the afternoon and evening vibe at Juniper, the restaurant serves as a space to enjoy an indulgent lunch that puts an intriguing spin on the classics. Serving everything from a Californian Steak Sandwich to Pan Fried Sea Bass and its own range of ‘Juniper’ salads, the restaurant is bound to be a busy lunchtime retreat.
There’s no confirmed date for Juniper just yet, but it’s likely to open its doors Monday – Sunday 9.30 – 5pm once it launches.
Keep an eye on the restaurant’s Instagram below for any further updates.
