Opening back in 2016 and bringing some Latin American flair to Mayfair, MNKY HSE has made a name for itself in the subsequent years in the capital and it seems that they’re now set to impress us up here in Manchester soon too.
MNKY HSE combines funk and Latin soul into one late night restaurant and bar, with a Latin American menu set alongside a Mezcal-themed cocktail list, wines and a vibrant entertainment schedule hosted regularly until late.
The innovative menu re-imagines the diverse cuisine of this incredible part of the world through a bold and colourful sharing concept, served in a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.
Signature dishes include Crunchy Wagyu Truffle Taco, Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche with Caviar, Chilean Sea Bass and the MNKY HSE Extravaganza Luxury Platter. It’s a unique and creative menu, all designed for sharing.
There’s also an extensive selection of Sushi & Ceviche, plus seafood and meat mains should you want to ‘do a Joey’ and strictly stick to your own plate of food.
MNKY HSE have this week submitted an application to Manchester City Council for an ‘Internal fit out of commercial unit to form bar/restaurant’ on the building Lloyd House, home to Red’s True BBQ and the excellent vegan restaurant Allotment.
Inside MNK HSE guests will find a multi-sensory design and lighting experience creating a flawless rhythm that doesn’t miss a beat from day through to night-time.
The 102-cover restaurant will have a central bar, as well as an open kitchen and prominent DJ booth.
Tom Curle, Investor from MNKY HSE Manchester commented: “We are delighted to bring MNKY HSE to Manchester. The brand has already established a fantastic reputation in London and the Middle East as the place to be seen, whilst providing exceptional food and entertainment,”
Boris Kofman, MNKY HSE Co-Founder, added: “We are very excited to bring the MNKY HSE brand, energy and family to Manchester, adding to the growing number of exclusive brands coming to the city. Manchester was always on our radar in our expansion plans and we look forward to launching later this year.”
