Northern Quarter favourite Cottonopolis will be re-opening their doors from Saturday 4th July with a NEW BRUNCH MENU – available over weekend from 12pm – 3pm.
The new Brunch menu features some dishes that you’ve never seen before, and you can be assured that they’ll be delicious – just typing these is getting me all hot under the collar.
There’s the Tokyo Fried Chicken (£12) with barley malt syrup, sriracha butter, and scrambled eggs on a buttermilk waffle, or their Maple Kurobata Pork Katsu Sando (£12) which comes topped with bacon jam, pickled carrot and kewpie mayonnaise,Plus, naturally, loads more.
In the interest of social distancing they won’t be offering Bottomless drinks, however there will still be brunch cocktails and bottles of Prosecco available for the table.
They’ll also be introducing a NEW EVENING MENU available from 5pm – 10pm – which I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing yet but you should probably expect a delectable range of Sushi dishes, Bao Buns, Wagyu steaks and plenty of Dim Sum thrown in for good measure.
Tables are limited so get your bookings in early // There will be a £10 deposit per table.
