Wander past Exhibition on Museum Street, and you’ll see a sign. ‘Push for slush’, it says.

Push the buzzer, and slush, as heavily implied, will arrive right on cue.

Just in time for the peak of the brat summer – and a bit of intermittent sunshine – this slush delivery system is just the thing for cooling down everything from a clammy brow to a heated debate.

Exhibition

All you have to do is swing by the window, where you’ll be able to summon to the pavement either a frozen strawberry rosé (or ‘frozé’, to save time) or a frozen ‘HabaMango-rita’, served with a little paddle to scoop it up with.

For those feeling less boozy, Persian kitchen Jaan will be delivering their soft serve – Bastani – through the hatch too.

Exhibition

Flavours include strawberry, hibiscus and pistachio, pine with cherry and chocolate, lemon curd with butter cookie and thyme caramel, or (the best of all) drunken prune with pineapple and pink peppercorn.

A frozé will cost you £9, while the HabaMango-rita is £11.50. The bastani is comes in at £5.50.
