The evening at Brasserie Abode, which takes place on Wednesday 21st November, will give you the opportunity to taste a range of different bourbon cocktails, expertly paired with a five-course tasting menu. Guests will also be guided through the spirits and each course by their distillery expert.
Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky is aged in new oak barrels for years in century-old warehouses until the peak of maturity.
The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit.
