Manchester coffee champs, Grindsmith are opening a new coffee and brunch bar location down on Bridge Street, and it’s already looks like it’s going to be a winner.
Inspired by the arts and crafts movement which flourished in Manchester at the turn of the 20th Century, the exteior of the building is due to be covered in crystal mosaic.
The new interior will also feature the inclusion of a floating floral raft and other artistic flourishes – alongside all of your favourite Grindsmith food and drink goodies.
Based in the heart of the fast paced business environment, Grindsmith Bridge Street are also introducing a way for customers to order food and drinks directly from their phones, allowing them to avoid queuing and wasting time on busy lunch hours.
The menu features everything you could want for your dream brunch, including Stacked Buttermilk Pancakes, Proper English Brekkies and a Vegan variation, alongside coffee is of course roasted right in Manchester, at their own coffee roastery and laboratory.
