Situated on the ground floor will be a traditional Ivy brasserie, open all day, seven days a week serving modern British classics to suit all occasions. All menus will feature a variety of dishes including lobster linguine and slow cooked lamb shoulder.
On the first floor is The Dalton Room, seeking more of an exclusive experience, accommodating parties of up to 20 guests. The private room is available for bookings 7 days a week, for either breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as standing receptions.
The second floor is where The Ivy will host their first ever ‘The Ivy Asia’, a glamorous bar and restaurant serving picturesque Asian inspired cocktails alongside dishes such as Wagyu beef with truffle sauce, and salmon fillet teriyaki. avocado, and crispy tofu with lime and ginger dressing.… I’m salivating!
On this floor there is also a stunning private room, The Geisha Room, with bespoke mirrored artwork available to hire.
Finally, on the top floor will be Manchester’s first Roof Garden, with fully retractable roof, the spectacular space will be open all year round. Guests are able to enjoy food and cocktails along side an abundance of planting, greenery and roaring fire pits, all combining to create an enchanting oasis in the heart of Manchester.
Once open, the restaurant will host an exciting mix of DJ’s, events and entertainment on each of its floors. Reservations can be made for all floors, whilst walk – ins are to be welcomed to those who wish to experience either the Ivy Brasserie, The Ivy Asian, or the Roof Garden.
