A new project from Buzz Ventures, Roofff (that’s 3 f’s) will incorporate 3 bars, 8 restaurants, live music and entertainment – all air conditioned for the hot summers and heated for the winter months.
The huge rooftop space will bring a botanical wonderland to First Street, taking over the 10th floor of the current Q-Park car park, offering 360 degree views of the Manchester skyline.
The 11,000 sq ft promises a mixture of eateries including Vegan, Japanese, Steaks, fresh seafood, All-day breakfast and a dessert cafe, as well as work with up and coming foodies.
Apart from that bit of text and the images you see before you that’s all there is as of this moment – not much to go off I’m afraid. Should be one to watch though – keep an eye out for more information as it comes through.
