Drinks development is mightily important for a bar like Science & Industry, a bar that must constantly be creating exciting and innovative drinks – mostly to show off just how bloody good they all are at it.
In the past they’ve created such beauties as the Feta Cheese Cocktail, a Vegan Irish Coffee and the brilliant forest-inspired ‘Tree’ cocktail, plus LOADS more that I can’t remember because I was too drunk.
Well, all of these creations don’t come out of thin air, they’re the result of the tireless experimenting, tasting and tweaking of Science’s dedicated bar team and now they want you to get in on the act.
So they’ve created ‘The Prototype Drink’ on Monday evenings from 11pm.
You can go down and each week taste a brand-new in development cocktail and pay however much you like for it. Alongside the cocktail each week will be a comment card so you can assist the staff in improving and tweaking their creations.
It’s a truly innovative way of consumer testing the drinks that staff design and come up with, one which allows you to get pretty merry on lots of alcohol too!
The idea is that your feedback will go into help create the new cocktail menu at Science & Industry, ensuring that they have only the best drinks on there!
So head on down and get some cheap cocktails that are sure to be the oddest you’ve tried for a long time.
