Shoryu Ramen have flung their doors wide open this week so if you’re looking for some authentic tonkotsu ramen – you won’t need to look very far.
As well as opening up their restaurant once more, and making it all COVID safe, they’ll also continue to sell their popular DIY Shoryu Kits, perfect for those looking to get creative at home, with the kits including everything budding chefs need to make the group’s famous, signature Ganso Ramen at home.
Following on from the sell-out success of the original kits, Shoryu Ramen has now introduced a Vegan DIY kit with everything needed to recreate the much-loved white natural ramen at home.
Each vegan DIY kit includes white natural soup stock, original ramen noodles, atsuage fried tofu, spring onion, menma bamboo shoots and kikurage mushrooms. Included is a guide taking customers through each and every step, helping them to recreate the Shoryu restaurant experience at home.
Shoryu releases 230 DIY Shoryu Kits twice a week with a choice of a Wednesday or Friday delivery slot each week, which can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance. The £24 kit serves two people and can be frozen for up to one month.
The DIY Shoryu kits are available to order below and can be delivered anywhere in England and Wales, as well as parts of Scotland.
