Personally, I don’t think it is the lifestyle choice for me, but that isn’t to say that we should knock it until we’ve tried it. To be honest, a month of vegetables is just what the doctor ordered and with that in mind, Cottonopolis seems just the place to be while we endeavour together on our month-long quest for veganism.
On Monday 15th January, Cottonopolis will be hosting an evening of Vegan Food. From 5 pm, they will only be serving a sharing menu of dedicated plant-based dishes with a unique Cottonopolis twist. Dishes include:
Red pepper and avocado dragon roll
Beetroot and wasabi nori tacos
Pulled teriyaki jackfruit bao
Seitan truffle mushroom gyoza
Grilled kabocha pumpkin with onion kimchee and kale
Rainbow corn on the cob with lime, chilli and coriander
Miso Aubergine nasu genkan & lotus
Mochi and raspberry doughnuts & chocolate sauce
The eight-course tasting menu will give you an insight into just how delicious high-quality meat-free and dairy free food can be. Tickets are £30 pp with a minimum of two diners.
