The world’s first Easter Egg Café is coming to the Trafford Centre and to make sure that you don’t miss it they’ve made it look like a giant Easter egg, given it chairs that look like Easter eggs and, of course – it only sells Easter eggs.
The giant gold egg will be nestled in the centre’s Main Dome for just one week – so Easter egg lovers are recommended to get down there ASAP where you can watch all your Easter egg dreams come true.
‘Eggsperts’ from the centre’s specialist dessert café Haute Dolci and Hey Little Cupcake in Selfridges will be whipping up a range of treats such as brownies, cheesecake, edible gold flecks and ice-cream – all served in an indulgent Easter egg.
Here’s a look at what’s on offer
Ferrero
Deconstructed cheesecake topped with Nutella sauce, roasted hazelnuts and crumbled Ferrero Roche. Injected with a Nutella syringe.
Lotus
Deconstructed cheesecake topped with Biscoff sauce and Lotus Biscoff crumbs, finished with a lotus biscuit. Injected with a Biscoff syringe.
Strawberry
Deconstructed cheesecake fresh strawberry coulee topped with sun ripened strawberry, served with a strawberry coulee pipette.
Raspberry and White Chocolate
Deconstructed cheesecake with scarlet raspberries, raspberry coulee. Finished with white chocolate curls. Served with a raspberry coulee pipette.
