RHS Bridgewater in Worsley will once again host Festival of Flavours, a weekend-long celebration of growing and cooking. Now in its third year, the event at the idyllic Salford gardens will feature two days of live cookery demonstrations, edible garden tours, food markets and advice from experts on growing your own.
The weekend will be filled with culinary inspiration as guests can learn tips and tricks from celebrity chefs on the main stage. Enjoy live demos from the likes of Ching-He Huang, Ben Chaplin from Salford’s The Black Friar and Great British Bake Off: The Professionals stars Harwood’s Patisseries.
Foodies can also look forward to talks from local producers offering top tips on ‘plot-to-plate’ and edible tours of Bridgewater’s kitchen garden. RHS team members and volunteers will also share their love of growing, cooking (and eating), creating delicious recipes using ingredients grown and harvested from the kitchen garden.
From beekeeping to leading The Good Life, guests can discover how to grow and nurture their own tasty ingredients with an exciting line-up of talks, including the folks from Chorlton Cheesemongers, The Bee Centre and Salford Rum.
