The Pearl in Prestwich celebrate all things British summer with a five-course set menu bringing together elements of land and sea, home and holidays. The evening will be made extra special by the presence of Sicilian sommelier and wine maker Filippo from Zito Wine. Filippo will guide guests through the wine flight, and whilst optional, the wine flight is encouraged.
