Musu have announced a Taste of Japan evening on Thursday 30 November, promising a night of unforgettable “flavours, sights and sounds that transport you straight to Japan.”
The evening comprises a six-course menu crafted by Chef Patron, Mike Shaw. From delicate textures to robust flavours, each dish has been designed to pay homage to the rich culinary heritage of Japan.
Each course will be paired with meticulously selected wines and sakes. Musu’s Head Sommelier, Ivan, with his unmatched expertise, has curated a selection that promises to be both harmonious and exhilarating with every sip. After dining, enjoy music from the Lounge DJ in the bar.
