Everyone knows that New Year’s Eve is always a bit of a letdown.
People jacks up their prices, the populace of Wigan and Oldham head to the city after too many cans of Stella and you’re usually so sick of the crowds that you head home before the clock has even struck 12.
Well, this year is going to be different. That’s because 3 of the Northern Quarter’s biggest and best venues have got together to create a Thomas Street Takeover – and it’s only going to cost you a fiver!
That’s right, Wolf at the Door, The Bay Horse Tavern and Cane & Grain have created the BEST party this New Year’s Eve where you can visit each one, receive a couple of FREE drinks and tuck into some FREE food all for just £5. Good that innit?!
So the party kicks off at The Bay Horse & Wolf at the Door where you’ll get a FREE drink in each. Get yourself either a beer, a bit of wine or a G&T and you’re already getting ready for a biggie.
As you’re supping they’ll be coming round with some canapes to soak up the booze – so don’t worry too much about getting too hammered. This is the end of the decade remember.
Before 12 though the party is going to move onto Cane & Grain where you’ll have 3 floors to take full advantage of.
Want a fair few beers and a couple of cocktails – stick to the Tap Room. Want some of the most exotic and imaginative cocktails in the city – stick to Science & Industry. Want a hidden Tiki club with oodles of rum and fire? The Liars Lounge it is.
