Habitat’s Halloween party at Canvas

Taking over brand-new city-centre venue, Canvas, Habitat will transform the space into a horror house featuring a playlist of funk, trap, afrobeat, dancehall, amapiano, house and R&B. The line-up includes Yung Omz, Tone Rarri, AK Gramm and Faro plus a roster special guests.

Featuring a Manchester debut from Alex Dima and Cristian Sarde who will be representing their impressive party and label, Outcast Torino, The Loft’s Halloween Rave is set to destroy the dancefloor of the hidden den. Alongside the Outcast Torino, the event will see Josh Baker and mainstay brothers Local Dub take to the decks, along with an official debut for Paddy Lee who is the newest member of The Loft’s crew.

Demonic drag divas Bailey J Mills and Barbs will be hosting Halloween lip sync sing-a-longs whilst hosts Adam Ali and Jaylin will be providing all the tricks and treats. And if that wasn’t enough, 80s icon Denise Pearson (Five Star) and a Madonna tribute will also be touching down at the Albert Hall for LIVE performances.

Among the events, local foodie legends Kong’s have a pop up store over the entirety of the Halloween Weekender, and will be serving up hair-raisingly good burgers and tacos. Rum liqueur connoisseurs, Witch Kings Rum, will also be giving visitors a peak into their magic emporium, with rum tasting classes on offer.

Children can make a Halloween bat decoration to take home with them, too. All of the crafting will take place in the Servants’ Hall and is included within the admission cost.
Manchester’s Monsters return to the city

The Manchester Monsters are back for 2022 with their biggest invasion to date! 14 monsters will take over the city’s streets and rooftops including Manchester Arndale, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, AO Arena, NOMA and St Ann’s Square. Created by artists Filthy Luker and Pedro Estrellas, the monster trail marks for a great day of family fun!
Manchester Ghost Tour: City Centre Exploration

Pumpkin flower arranging workshop at Northern Flower

Taking place from 6pm – 8pm, this Halloween-themed workshop will see guests carve their very own pumpkin that will then be filled with a beautiful bouquet of Autumnal flowers (both fresh and dried). FilmFear 2022 at HOME

Let The Right One In at Royal Exchange Theatre

Sprechen Cinema: Nosferatu

An unauthorized and unofficial adaptation of Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel Dracula, Nosferatu is horror personified and is a perfect representation of German Expression cinema of the 1920’s with scenes and imagery which have defined horror movies over the decades. This showing will be shown on 4k remastered blu-ray and will feature a live reinterpretation of the soundtrack by Sprechen’s Chris Massey & Richie V from Supernature, both who will be digging through their extensive music collection to curate a chilling accompaniment for this evening of horror.
