It's so secret in fact, we don't know much about it...

If you’ve been wandering around the NQ throughout lockdown you might have noticed a rather suspicious-looking door, big enough for Hagrid on the corner of Dale Street and Lever Street.

We finally got a look inside last week to discover a 160-seat secret garden complete with 13 private huts and 6 baby pink cable carts.

Set to open on 4th May 2021, Mala will be partnering with a number of operators around the Northern Quarter.

Set to give those who don’t have their own outside seating areas space to deliver food and drink.

That’s pretty much all we know so far – with the partners also TBC.

It’s great to see new life breathed into the area and businesses supporting businesses in the city.

There are rumours there could be street food vendors and other rumours it’s Chapter One Books.

I guess we’ll all have to wait until 4th May to find out more. It’s right near the office though, so we’ll be right over there when that giant door swings open getting you a sneaky first look.

Who’s excited?!
