Proud to be independent, female-owned and run, Nibble exudes the spirit of the Northern Quarter by placing an emphasis on originality and personality, not just great service and excellent produce. Serving brunch, handmade cakes, and healthy salads, every item and dish is either made in-house or bought in from other like-minded businesses that share the same ethos. And by that we mean inclusivity, with all dietary requirements catered for so nobody needs to miss out, and every detail of the cafe’s design and menu options taken into full consideration, resulting in a friendly, welcoming eatery customers don’t forget in a hurry.

Those looking to fill their stomachs won’t be disappointed. The All Day Menu does exactly what it says on the tin, with both meat and vegetarian breakfasts available alongside bagels, toasties, sandwiches, soups and stews, and a much-loved Sweet Potato Hash. Moving to the bakery — a real highlight of the establishment — the choices are truly mouthwatering. Think Toffee Apple French Toast or Beetroot Fudge Brownie Hot Chocolate, and that’s really just for starters. Since the pandemic lockdowns of 2020, in addition to the cafe the team have also been selling produce online, meaning those beyond Manchester can get their hands on Nibble’s goodies, from afternoon teas delivered to your home to breakfast in bed kits and brownie boxes. Aside from all that, a range of merchandise is available at Nibble, with tote bags, tea towels, greetings cards and more all spreading a message of empowerment and universal feminist strength.
