Not only will you be able to tuck into four bespoke dishes, but they will also be expertly paired with hand-crafted cocktails and a snifter of Bodegas Lustau with each course.
They are doing things a little differently this time though. They have cut the food and replaced it with a cheese board of epic proportions which uses handpicked cheeses and all the relevant accoutrements.
As for the Sherry, this will come out in five waves and will be paired with complimenting cocktails using Bodegas Lustau (of course). This event will see 120 years of sherry expertise brought into the modern cocktail era at The Bay Horse Tavern.
Sounds like a very boozy evening to me – and so, we cannot wait to get stuck in.
