Our first episode looks at what Arndale Market has to offer – a place that wasn’t really on anyone’s radar a few years ago, but now has a reputation for being one of the city’s best spots to grab lunch. This is all down to a surge of contemporary street food traders that are doing amazing things from their small spaces.
Walking round the market you can truly get a culinary tour of the world, finding the city’s most authentic Mexican food, the freshest oysters to be shucked and hearty dishes from a brother and sister team who have modernised their parents’ traditional Chinese recipes.
